In the last couple of days we have had 32″ of snow at our house! And it’s still snowing. We’ll be planning to go XC skiing and snow shoeing this President’s day weekend, if we can get anywhere besides the woods by our house. Check the respective pages for info.

Join us in the New Year

Great snow!

The snow is great, and I had time off from work! What a great combo! We went skiing at Tahoe XC this morning, and sledding with the kids this afternoon. Tomorrow morning we’ll ski at Spooner Lake, then the kids want to ice skate at Northstar in the afternoon.
This is a neat activity. The use of the rink is free, skate rental is $5. According to their website, there are fire pits where you can roast marshmallows and make s’mores. Something new to do. . . join in!

New Snow!

New snow and lots of it! Should be great Thursday to get out and play, if you have the time, which I don’t. Steve says he’ll go skiing at Diamond Peak tomorrow. Snow is predicted from Friday through the weekend for sure. The Women’s Christmas Lunch is Saturday, and that’s where Claire will be.
